Father God, thank you for Doreen Mbekenga outstanding achievements. Give her dreams that are bigger than her selves so she will have to trust you to make her dream come true. Give her a will and heart to be all you created her to be. Help her to work hard and be successful. You have spoken to us Lord and said that you know the plans you have for us, and we rest in that promise because we know you have made those plans with care.

Enable her to be generous to those who are less fortunate. Give her hearts full of love and compassion. Give her the strength for bright hope; protect her from people who would harm her physically, emotionally and mentally.

Let her know that allowing you to direct her way is the smartest thing they can do.

In Jesus wonderful and powerful name. Amen

I like this Verse, it reminds me about my life and relation to God, I am confident that

·        God is my best  friend

·        God has been my shepherd all my life

·        Good makes me and leads me  

·        He is the one that brings spiritual nourishment and rest for my souls

In other words God is my

·        Protector

·        Provider

·        Doctor

·        Disciplinarian:

·        Rescuer

·        Companion

·        Delighted manager

Thanks God for shaping my life and I am what I am today;“the kingdom of God is within me” (Luke 17:21).  

A life of connecting with God moves me toward becoming people who live with joy and gratefulness, being able to bless enemies (difficult people), going the extra mile, living with purposeful intentionality, and never judging, I am completely satisfied with God’s management of my life.

I am open to let God speak to me; and always I expect to be surprised by God’s blessing

Doreen's high school graduation was May 18, 2011. The ceremony started with the church service at the Basilica of Saint Adalbert -Grand Rapids, Michigan. The church service was celebrated with Most Reverend Walter Hurley Bishop of the Diocese of Grand Rapids;

After the church ceremony, all the graduates moved to the school gymnasium for the commencement. Doreen was so excited and we as her Family were so happy for her big achievements. 
Why you may ask? Well we have a dozen of reasons:

·  She is the first member of our family to graduate from an American high school!!!! This is awesome.

·        She will be attending Purdue University-starting August 2011.

·        She plans to study Aeronautical Engineering.

·        We have already started hear college slang: "Freshman 15,"  "Boiler maker,"  "Classes 101" and “Residents Halls." Wow! Our only daughter is an official college student.

·   This will be my favorite line "MTOTO/BINTI YANGU YUKO CHUO KIKUU." 

It was just yesterday when she was crawling with her stomach! We are so happy because we have tried to “Train Doreen in the way she should go; even when she is old she will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

 Congratulation Doreen we as family, we so proud of you. As Psalm 71:5 says For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; you are my trust from my youth.

Doreen you are a luck girl as Mark 9:23 says "Everything is possible for him who believes; and "If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all...how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?" Romans 8:31-32 therefore as Jeremiah 29:11 said  "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
