WISHING ALL A WONDERFUL SUNDAY

GOVERNMENTS, LAWS VS. BIBLE TEACHINGS

It is true that Law enforcement is the visible manifestation of government and authority. On the other hand there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore he who resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God.

Law helps us to do what is good; rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to the rule of law; Authority is the lawful right to enforce obedience. It is the power to influence or command behavior.
''But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law'' -Galatians 5:22-23

In Romans 13:4 God's word says that the government is a minister, a helper to those who do what is good. But to those that would do evil, they should be afraid; because the government does not bear the sword for nothing. Because all authority is from God, working
in law enforcement means you are working for God

God is the ultimate authority, and God uses governments and people in authority for His purpose whether they realize it or not. The Bible teaches us that those governments and those people who no longer serve His purpose are removed by God.

HEB 13:17 Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.

ROMAN 13:1 everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. [2] Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

ROMAN 13:6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. [7] Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. As Matthew 22:21 says "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's."

For more understanding read careful the following bible Verses:

A NATION
“A nation without God's guidance is a nation without order. Happy are those who keep God's law!” Proverbs 29:18 (Today’s English Version)
“A nation will prosper when its ruler is mature, and its leaders don't party too much.” Ecclesiastes. 10:17 (Contemporary English Version)
“When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily; but with honest, sensible leaders there is stability.” Proverbs 28:2 (The Living Bible)

LEADERSHIP
“Without wise leadership, a nation falls; with many counselors, there is safety.” Proverbs 11:14 (New Living Translation)
“Leadership gains authority and respect when the voiceless poor are treated fairly.” Proverbs 29:14 (The Message Translation)
“Good leaders abhor wrongdoing of all kinds; sound leadership has a moral foundation.” Proverbs 16:12 (The Message Translation)
“A leader of good judgment gives stability.” Proverbs 29:4 (The Message Translation)
“It's the men who walk straight who will settle this land, the women with integrity who will last here.” Proverbs 2:21 (The Message Translation)
“When good people run things, everyone is glad.” Proverbs 29:2 (The Message Translation)

GOOD CITIZENS
“Makes Jesus your Lord proud of you by being good citizens. Respect the authorities, whatever their level; they are God's emissaries for keeping order. It is God's will that by doing well, you might cure the ignorance of fools... Exercise your freedom by serving God, not by breaking the rules. Treat everyone you meet with dignity. Love your spiritual family. Revere God. Respect the government.” 1 Peter 2:13-17 (The Message Translation)
“Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it's God's order. So live responsibly as a
citizen.” Romans 13:1 (The Message Translation)
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chron. 7:14 (New International Version)

Sunday Meditation; Be strong and of good courage;

''Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.'' -Joshua 1:9

As we are away that Courage is the quality of mind that meets danger or opposition with calmness and firmness.  It is the ability to be unshaken in the face of danger.  According to the analysis of above definition courage is a process of being strong, and being  strong is the product of having enough strength  and true strength comes from the inside but it is really by having Jesus in our lives. Without Jesus life is just one trial after another full of hate, anger, discouragement, and depression. However, with Jesus we can get through each trial with peace and comfort.

It takes a strong man or woman to say, “Whatever it takes, I am going to do what I have to do to make my marriage work and to honor the vows I took before God.” God gives us the ability to say “No” to sin, but it takes a strong man or woman to say it. It takes a strong man to keep his priorities right and not put greed for money before his family. Where do they get that strength from? Strength to resist sin and to do the right thing comes from the Lord

Be strong and of good courage when trials come if we can overcome, it  is the joy of the Lord that is our strength God will never fail to give you strength in the moment when you take a stand for Him, His principles, righteousness, and holiness. Therefore Over and over again in the Scripture God’s people are called upon to be people of courage.  That is because there are so many things that can cause our hands to become weak.

Psalm 27:14 Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

Psalm 56:3-4 When I am afraid, I will trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:13 For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.

Isaiah 54:4 Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; For you will forget the shame of your youth, And will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore.

Matthew 10:26 Therefore do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.

Matthew 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong.

GOD"S GRACE IS WHAT WE NEED TODAY

As Christians we can have peace and comfort knowing that God's grace furnishes what is lacking in our lives due to personal weakness. Knowing Christ fills our inadequacy is a great source of encouragement. We know that Christ is equal to any task we face. Knowing that God is not asking us to do anything that he is not willing to accomplish through us is our greatest source of encouragement. I think that this was the comfort that Paul received in times of trouble.

Our hope lies in God who is working in our circumstances. Setting our hope on God's grace at work in and through us is our greatest source of comfort. This is our greatest source of hope for those around us who are undergoing trials and tribulations.  Paul was confident of God’s grace at work in the Corinthians.

The truth is that God uses failure to bring about good—He uses them to drive us to Him, to prepare us for future success, to get our lives back on track, to help us see ourselves more clearly, to help us see others more compassionately.

Kingdom of God

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man. By : George Bernard

A SALUTE ABOUT - MOTHER

This Sunday once again let us think about the role of our mothers in a daily community life.

The mother is everything - she is our consolation in sorrow, our hope in misery, and our strength in weakness. She is the source of love, mercy, sympathy, and forgiveness. He who loses his mother loses a pure soul who blesses and guards him constantly. By : Kahlil Gibran

God bless our mothers and grant them long life.

Amen

SHAKING OF FAITH

''But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'' -Matthew 19:26

I am wishing everyone a a blessed Sabbath day which is full of joy and peace;
God be with us every minute   Amen

THE HARD OF FORGIVING:

Sincere forgiveness isn't colored with expectations that the other person apologize or change. Don't worry whether or not they finally understand you. Love them and release them. Life feeds back truth to people in its own way and time.

Sunday Message

As we prepare ourselves to worship Lord this first Sunday in July  let us remember  Psalm 95: 6 which remainds us that 'Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker''

It is the time to express our petitions and praise for the whole week. God loves us but we are so hard to thank him for his kindness.
Let us use this sunday to thank him and ask for forgiveness Amen
