IT IS MY DAY AS THE SUN SHINES ON MY FACE THIS MORNING DECEMBER 24
THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HATH MADE; PSALM 118:24
It has been another year of Blessings when another door of life is openings in my life. I am now more than quarter of a century. Oh wow I feel good with age by knowing that age in grace and wisdom.
God has been faithful to me and to everyone else who reads this Blog. There are many people we love who didn't even see this age or even the age of 18. But we are here reading this massage and breathing by the grace and Spirit of God. I just wanted to say thank you Lord for another year another year I can share your word and your goodness to my family and friends. You've been faithful when no one else has been.
Well today is my birthday and it’s going to be a good time. I will spend most of my time in thanking God through reading the Holly Book “Bible”. As bible teaches us that “I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me”
The book of Psalm 71:6 reminds me that from birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother's womb. I will ever praise you; and it is true that No wise man ever wished to be younger.
"I always thank God for myself because of his grace given to me in all these years of my life and Second I would like to Thank my Wife Grace Peter Myamba and my Daughter Rose Turuka for helping to shape me the way I am today;
I also thank our parents Alois and Anna and Peter and Trifonia for fulfilling their role as parents of parenting care in our life;
And all friends who always wish me and my family best wishes every single day
I am keeping asking the Almighty God to continue blessing me by knowing that the celebration of my Birthday this year is a perfect gift from God.
It is with no doubt that Birth day is really very nice time to know, that at least once a year, some people think of Me.
As I celebrate my birth date today I am trying to define my purpose in life; to me Life is the expression of fulfillment. As one scholar wrote that “Everything has a purpose, a time and a season. When you took your first breath of life, you became a living being. The time of birth determines the quality of the power within you and reveals your purpose in life”.
Therefore Lord I thank because it is only by your grace that I am still here. Heavenly Father, Please bless me and my family for today is my birthday. Make me strong and give me the strength to make good decisions in the coming year. Keep me free from illness and sadness, for I think God I am truly good person who deserves happiness and success in all aspects of life.
We know that life is like a book. With each new chapter, we learn and grow towards what you would have us be. Bless me with my Wife Grace and My Daughter Rose now and forever.
My MOTTO for my birthday this year LIFE HAS A PURPOSE; AND GOD HAS PURPOSE WITH US AT ALL TIMES, as
Mother Teresa once wrote that;
“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.”

WHO IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE LEADER?
Why Jesus is mentioned as most effective leader in world history?
Do you agree with me that Leadership is a divine it is a gift from God? And if that is true therefore the qualities of leaders that God requires are deceptively simple; what God expect from you as a leader is setting the right example, serving as a role model, having actions that speak louder than words. All these qualities have been shown thoroughly in the Bible.
Bible tells us that if we
humble ourselves and retain our integrity then we are able to lead others well.
To lead others, we need to believe in them, understand them, empower them,
mentor and train them and love and forgive them.
Jesus is by far the most effective leader I know through his philosophy “whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant “Mark 10:42-43,
As Romans 13:1 says,
“Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is
no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.”
Why Jesus was the most
effective leader?
·
Jesus has a Vision from God
·
Jesus was Humbling himself as a
Servant
· Jesus was Maintaining Integrity What He
says, He does He never compromised
· He never went around recklessly teaching
the Kingdom of God. He knows the Law of God and also the law of the land during
that time and He strictly followed those laws
· He is a wonderful leader because he didn't
do false things to make people follow him. He also did not use violence to
achieve his ends.
· Effective leaders do not wait for things to
happen, they make them happen
Jesus leadership qualities
·
He inspired his followers.
·
He was interested in the getting the job
done than talking about it.
·
He gave a voice to the voiceless
· He feed the hungry, clothing the naked, protecting the most
vulnerable,
· He spoke against the authorities, He was fighting against the
way they exploited the people Jesus was revolutionary in the sense that he
worked to make a very radical upheaval in society
· Jesus has a clear conscience and he has no fears of being
questioned.
·
Jesus avoided unnecessary confrontations
·
Jesus hurt when others hurt
·
Jesus knew that money alone could not bring contentment
Therefore as other leaders apart from Jesus what we are
suppose to accomplish as leaders we need
to demonstrate gentleness, compassion, patience,
kindness and humility. Doing things out of love for God, and others as Jesus
shown to us.

THE JOYFUL OF GIVING
IT IS
MORE BLESSED TO GIVE THAN TO RECEIVE: Acts 20:35
And what is the greatest sin of giving?
Perhaps one of the
greatest sins against God is to give to Him, then boast of how much we have
done for God or others.
What is proper giving?
· Proper giving is sacrificial giving.
· Proper giving is joyful giving.
· Proper giving is willing giving.
· Proper giving is humble giving.
How should we give? Bible teaches us that the
value of proper giving
·
It is more blessed to give than to receive.
·
He who lives to give is happier than he who lives to get”.
·
When we give properly, it is blessing.
Psalm 37:25: “I have been
young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed
begging bread.” This is because of humble giving
Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure,
pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your
bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to
you again.”
The Bible tells us over
and over that God wants us to be gracious givers.
· Hebrews 13:16 reminds us
that God is pleased when we give to others. “And do not forget to do well and
to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”
· “But remember the Lord your
God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce March 16, 2006 Page 2 of
7 wealth . . .” (Deut 8:18)
· Malachi 1:8, 14 . Plan to
give your best, not your castaways or culls.
·
"Honor the LORD from
your wealth, And from the first of all your produce; So your barns will be
filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine." Proverbs 3:9-10. Plan to give off
the top, the firsts, not what is left over, if there is anything left over.
· “1 Corinthians 16:1-2. Plan to set aside a proportionate amount
on a regular basis. Let the proportion be in keeping with your income.
No one can take credit for
himself concerning the riches he has gained.
·
Luke 12:48, “Much is required from those to whom much is
given, and much more is required from those to whom much more is given.”
·
So if you make good money remember that it was God who
graciously and sovereignty puts you in that position to make the income you’re
earning right now.
·
It was God who providentially put you in strategic
positions to attain the proper education, training, wisdom, skills and
experience to succeed in that field you’re in. Everything that is good comes
from God.
Therefore “Do not store up
for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where
thieves break in and steal. But store up for your selves treasures in heaven,
where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and
steal. For where your treasure is there your heart will be also.” (Mat 6:19-21)

50 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE IN TANZANIA AND THE PHILOSOPHY OF CAST THE FIRST STONE
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone and 50
years of independence in Tanzania"
John Lennon
once said that, “There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we
are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that
life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to
love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love
ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential
to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness
and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life”.
The fun part
of life is that we do not choose to be born. We do not choose our parents. We
do not choose the country of our birth, or the immediate circumstances of our
upbringing. But within this chain of events, we do choose our religious denomination and
political party which form a government.
Life is busy
everyone knows that: God knew it from
the beginning, and promised to help us if and only if we will ask, in a perfect way and if you do
not receive what you have asked, simple answer you have asked with wrong
motives, that you may spend what you have asked wrongly.
In our jobs we
are trying to maintain our relationship by protecting even sometimes those who
are doing wrongs to our own benefits and not for the growth of our societies.
Bible reminds us that “Relationships are like glass. Sometimes it’s better
to leave them broken than try to fix it for someone inappropriate benefits. While
we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not
seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not
seen are eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:18
While we
cannot deny the reality of the situation in our life we need to realize that
there is a higher reality that we need to look at if we want to have victory
and success in our life as government’s officials.
When leaders
act with greed in spending public money, God speaks to us through our minds and
hearts and remands us that, practicing, greed and taking more than one morally
deserves is wrong. As John 10:2-5 (NIV) "The man who enters by the gate is
the shepherd of his sheep. The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep
listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he
has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him
because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact,
they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's
voice."
I have always
maintained that corruption is a deeply ingrained trait in Tanzania. Corruption
will remain illegal or unethical in a good governance of our nation.
- In celebration of 50 years of independence we still request the government to continue to bring about a cultural change in our people by imbibing a sense of responsibility for corruption. Make all of us realize that corruption is the collective result of our individual actions and not something limited to the political or administrative leadership alone.
- Do you think that if our government can Remove the opportunities for corruption especial for political and government officials and business men for the benefit of common people.
- Do you think
that our Government carry out
overall judicial reforms to fast track corruption cases so that it should
take as short time as possible instead of taking long time and finally the
case ends in vain
I know that we
have a judicial system to deal with corruption. The present system has
proved effective enough when there is a will to deal with corruption issues.
The very fact that some of the government officials in this 50 years of
independence have been sued for corruption is indicative of this fact.
We need a
movement against corruption. Let us all get together, irrespective of what we
did in the past, and jointly fight the menace of corruption.
If that is not acceptable,
let those who are without sin throw the first stones.
The problem of
us is when we let unaccountable leaders lead the movements against other
uncountable politicians, business men the result is continuation of the
corruption embezzlement of public funds;
From God philosophy
we are all broken people. “Let the one without sin cast the first
stone.”
This was a how
Jesus challenged a few Scribes and Pharisees who were demanding that a lady
caught in adultery be stoned to death. The rest of us turn a blind eye to
government’s corruption and say nothing. It’s all right or at least justifiable.
If we still allow few politicians, government officials and businessmen to lie,
cheat and steal because we are all a nation of thieves and liars.
Jesus however
did not excuse, condone or defend the woman’s sin nor did he seek to
reinterpret the Law of Moses in an effort to get her off the hook. No! He did
not condemn her but he held her accountable for her adultery. What we are
required to do for those who are going against our constitutional law. “Neither
do I condemn you, go and sin no more (John 8:11)” he said to this grateful woman.
In fact, the only reason Jesus was able to forgive her, was because of her
admission of guilt.
In celebrating our 50 years
of independence do our leaders admit guilty?
It’s important
to note that Jesus nowhere in this passage upbraided the people who brought
this accusation against the woman. He could not have done so since they were
acting in accordance with the Law of Moses (Deut 22:22-24). These men were only
seeking to enforce the law and Jesus did not have a problem with that.
So why did he
say to them “let
him that is without sin cast the first stone?”
He said this to draw attention to their hypocrisy and
self-righteousness. These scribes and Pharisees felt and acted as though they
were better than the poor woman when in fact they were just as sinful. They too
were worthy of death.
Law of Land
(Constitutional Law) like God’s laws and consequently his righteous judgment
equally applies to all without any favor.
As Citizens
and government officials we share and participate in a social contract to govern
ourselves by a constitution and laws. These laws prescribe certain prohibitions
and punishments. Every citizen therefore has the right to demand that such
provisions be enforced whenever there are infractions or breaches. This is
necessary if we are going to protect and preserve our democracy, the integrity
of the judicial system and our society.
Law must be
allowed to run its full course. We ought not to seek to derail, frustrate,
exploit some legal technicality in defense of wrong, or reinterpret the
constitution or law. Of course, those of us who are quick to point out other
people’s failings and stone them to death must be prepared to accept a similar
judgment when the shoe is on the other foot.
“Go and sin no more”
and she immediately stopped her adultery the good thing we learned
that she repentant. The massage here is that unless the government and other
public officials can truly demonstrate an unyielding commitment to truth,
integrity and righteousness, the people reserve the right to speak and show
them their weaknesses.
What can we learn more from this phrase?
·
The problem of double
standard of the law would Jesus has acted differently if both the man and woman
had been brought before him?"
·
Was he primarily making
a point against the double standard?
·
Where was the man she was caught with?
·
Was he allowed to
discreetly slip away?
·
Was he in the crowd,
stone in hand?
·
Did Jesus know that?
·
Was that why he said
what he did?
· Was Jesus making a point
against the double standard?
· Would he have acted
differently if both were there to be stoned?
· The law should apply to
both parties. Where is the man?
·
So in celebrating the 50
years of independence do our Laws have playing double standards?
·
Why it takes long time
for justice to be fulfilled?
·
Nobody’s going to be
very happy in a society in which promiscuity and violence are rampant. So God’s
laws are designed to enable us to live life to the fullest and to grow closer
to God.
·
Jesus, after saving the
woman, quietly tells her to sin no more. Jesus seems to be sending the message
that morality is something that we should impose on ourselves. It is not
something that we go around imposing on others. And it is certainly not an
excuse for us to exact different on another person.
·
The legitimate purpose
of any criminal justice system is to protect the weak and vulnerable members of
society and to rehabilitate offenders. It is not to maintain the privilege,
power, and wealth of a ruling elite or greed group.
· Jesus represented a
clear threat to the money and power of the scribes and Pharisees and showing
some weaknesses and highlighting some very profound things:
Why it is important to make
sure that we implement laws in our society?
Because;
·
It is not
easy to find one ministry, political party or institution considered by all to
be “without sin”
· Different
perceptions emerge on who the drivers of change are, but all concur that it is
very difficult for any driver of change to remain “honest and candid”
· The civil
society, is also criticized for not playing fully its role, but rather ending
up caught often in the same non-transparent and personalized system of helping
greed group

WHY GOD IS SOMETIMES HARD ON US?
The Bible says that God is
always near us even when we can’t feel him. The Bible continue tells us
in Revelation 21:4 that there is coming a time when all sorrow, tears, pain and
death will pass away. There's coming a wonderful day when God will wipe away
all tears
In the world today we must
face the undeniable fact that people do suffer. That's a fact of life; in our
life today we continue to find sickness, sorrow, and suffering in all walks of our
life. It's everywhere we look. The question which we keep asking ourselves: Why does God allow it to happen? Does God
even care? If God is so good and holy, then why doesn't He put an end to all
suffering and pain?
May God test us to check how
strong we are in faith; as Psalm 139:23 reminds us "Search me, O God, and
know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts"
It is true that, none of
us likes to go through hard times. Always God can use hard times to show us our
weaknesses. And when that happens, we need to ask God to help our faith grow.
Testing should make us spiritually stronger and it will as we turn it over to
God.
The Bible says, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face
trials ... so that you may be mature and complete" James 1:2, 4.
How can we distinguish these two phrases?
·
But when hard times come, a weak faith
will be revealed for what it really is:
·
But when hard times happen, the true
nature of our faith will be revealed.
God reminds us that it is true that no one can
please everyone? If that is true it is a waste of time trying to make everyone
like you? If that is true why don’t you be just you? Hence what you have to decide is how you want your life to be. Therefore God ask
us to trust him and to believe in him in all times.
·
” God doesn’t give you the people you want;
he gives you the people you need. To help you, to hurt you, to leave you, to
love you and to make you the person you were meant to be”
·
“I made her in
such a way, that she would need me. I made her a little more lonesome than she
would like to be…Only because I need for her to lean and depend on Me…I know
her heart, I know if I had not made her like this, She would go her own chosen
way And forget Me…her Creator”. (Psalm 62:5-8)
·
“I have given
her many good and happy things because I love her”. (Psalm 84:11, Romans 8:23)
·
“Many times,
she has stumbled and fallen alone only because she would not hold My Hand, So
many lessons she’s learned the hard way. Because she would not listen to My
voice…” (Isaiah 53:6)
·
“So many times
I have sat back And sadly watched her go her merry way alone. Only to watch her
return to My arms, sad and broken”. (Isaiah 62:2)
Bible tells us that, God
sees the need to put us through some things for the purpose of making us strong,
and teach us patience as Romans 5:3 tells
us; Trouble and weakness can also teach us to depend on God’s strength [2
Corinthians 2, 11]. How ?
·
God uses hard experiences to prepare us to
help others in new ways, and it can give us new opportunities to serve.
·
Jesus was obedient in his suffering, and so
he became our way back to God and our example. Believers throughout the ages
have been comforted knowing they could glorify God and make him happy by how they
responded to painful times.
·
It is unique time to inspire and encourage
others to be like Jesus.
·
Much suffering comes because of our broken
world and broken relationships, God has promised to use suffering for our good.
·
God promises that even when we experience
pain or evil that seems to have no purpose, He will take the bad things that
happen and make them work out for good; he will change them from meaningless to
valuable. Everything will work to transform us to be more like Jesus [Romans
8:28], and to bring good for us, for God’s kingdom, and ultimately for God’s
glory.
Therefore God wants us to be attached to him, he knows that what happens
when things will not work well therefore ‘Never get too attached to anyone else
rather than him; because attachments lead to expectations and expectations lead
to disappointments’. But in HIM NO DISAPPOINTMENTS IT IS ONLY JOY
ALTHOUGH YOU MIGHT PASS THROUGH HARD TIMES.
