FEAR OF FAILURE AND REJECTION IN OUR LIFE

  • Remember that Life always offers you a second chance

one great thinker once said that: "Any fear is an illusion.  You think something is standing in your way, but nothing is really there. What is there is an opportunity to do your best and gain some success. If it turns out my best isn't good enough, then at least I'll never be able to look back and say I was too afraid to try. Failure always made me try harder the next time."

psychologists believe that; "fear sometimes comes from a lack of focus or concentration.. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it... I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.”

what should we do? we need to understand that Failure is something that may need to be redefined within your mind. It’s not something to attach too much meaning to.We need to understand that Failures may be necessary step to help us to achieve success.

Failure in other words are learning experiences. It can help you. But first you have to try. Without trying you aren’t going anywhere. In other words obstacles shouldn't  have to stop you.

Have you watched a football prayer despite looking and sharing the game with other prayers, he needs to keep his eyes on the ball. in order to win.

Therefore ” Do not fear failure; Failure is part of success. We can actually perceive failure as a feedback and the feedback works as a reminder to tell us something is wrong and we need to fix it. Failure doesn’t condemn us, it is just Nature’s way of telling us to fix something that isn’t right.

It's almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure.

The wonderful thing about failure it can also teach us things about ourselves that we would never have learned otherwise. For instance, failure can help you discover how strong a person you are. Failing at something can help you discover your truest friends, or help you find unexpected motivation to succeed.

It's important to realize that in everything we do, there's always a chance that we'll fail. Facing that chance, and embracing it, is not only courageous – it also gives us a fuller, more rewarding life. Many people experience fear of failure because they fear the unknown. Remove that fear by considering all of the potential outcomes of your decision.

amazing thing is that you never fail until you’re satisfied with failure. Failure is not falling down; failure is staying down when you have the choice to get back up.  Sometimes you have to fail a thousand times to succeed.  Which means you haven’t really failed yet;  Winston Churchill once said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

despite the fact that "Life" always offers you a second chance – it’s called tomorrow.  But this second chance doesn’t mean anything if you haven’t learned from the events of today.  You have to acknowledge your troubles but gather strength from them, and laugh at your mistakes but learn from them.

Getting a second chance in life is about giving yourself the opportunity to grow beyond your past failures.  It’s about learning as you go and positively adjusting your attitude and efforts toward future possibilities.

Tough times are just part of life’s natural balance. But  Life is still good and life may not be perfect, but it is good  as long as you keep moving forward.
