MY SALUTE AND PRAISE IS TO ALMIGHTY GOD FOR THIS SPECIAL DAY IN

WHERE I AM COMING FROM IN THIS LONG JOURNEY:
St Joseph Minara Miwili Nursery - Zanzibar
Mombasa and Trifonia Academy - Zanzibar
Canossa Secondary School Tegeta - D' Salaam
God you have been my protector,
my healer and my guide. There were many times you could have left me and said
you had enough of me but you stayed instead and stirred me into the right path.
I gave up so many times in this journey but you never gave up on me and that
gave me everything. Blessed you Lord. All
this time I was reminded myself about the book of:
Psalms 28:7. The LORD is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am
helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.
Deuteronomy
31:6 “Be
strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the
LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Psalm
71:5 “For
you have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth.”
When I was sitting in the graduation hall, it is true
that words cannot explain what I have gone through in my high school career.
How many times I pushed myself to the limits hoping that one day it would pay
off. And how many times I gave up so bad that I was so close to quitting. Yet
when I had no hope in me, everybody else did when I had no strength to push
harder, someone gave me some, without the help of my parents family and friends
I would have never received the diploma I now hold in my hands. Bible reminds me
that;
Proverbs
19:21 “Many
are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.”
Romans
8:28 “And
we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who
love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”
I was recognized the night of graduation with HONORS showing
the hard work, the extra hours of no sleep, the determination to get to the
finish line. My appreciation to all those who were besides was not quite put
into the spotlight. So instead I hope airing them to the rest of the word out
there will show you how much you have helped me and how you mean to me.

To My parents; Thanks you so much for everything; thanks you for the extra work
you put in my school life paying for my tuition and provide for me so that I
can get a better education and make you proud. I am also blessed to have loving
and caring parents who encouraged me in everything and they tried their best to
always be positive in what I do even though they never totally agreed on it
sometimes.
Thank you for my parents were understanding and new the balance I
had to have between the studies and activities without them, I would have not
gone to this school, be disciplined girl and determined to do something greater
with my life. My special salute to them; my parents' advice always was always
based on biblical teaching as we read from;
Numbers
6:24-26 “The LORD bless you and keep you; The
LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His
countenance upon you, And give you peace. ”
Exodus
20:12 “Honor
your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD
your God is giving you.”
Proverbs
23:18-19 “There is surely a future hope
for you, and your hope will not be cut off. Listen, my son, and be wise, and
keep your heart on the right path.”
My family: To my aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews and all those who were impeccably for yet were always there for me, calling me
from all over the world from time to time just to check how I was doing and
rewarding me whenever I performed greatly in my studies. Without their push
support and love don’t think I would quite make it to this moment today.
I hope your dreams take you… to the corners of your
smiles, to the highest of your hopes, to the windows of your opportunities, and
to the most special places your heart has ever known.” - Unknown
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty
of their dreams.” - Eleanor Roosevelt
Friends and family, the friends I
knew from childhood to the new friends I made throughout my life, thank you for
being there you for giving me a hard
time because it was due to that I got the strength to fight more and
achieve my goals which was proved today when I received my diploma. Thank you
so much for everything.
