THE PRAYER FOR 2013

My God is awesome 

Loving heavenly you are a most loving heavenly father and You understand my innermost feelings! You know my limitations Lord, but your word says that your strength is enough in our times of weakness. I admit that I have no wisdom or knowledge of my own. But I have confidence that I can do every thing thorough Christ who strengths me.

Please go before me and let me answer the questions boldly and intelligently. Please remove all the unwanted fears and worries and fill me with courage. Let me never be put to the shame. I thank You Lord for listening to my supplications and filling me with your peace. In Jesus' name I pray.

Lord, I thank you today for good health as; I thank you Lord, for all you do for me and those that I love, and all that you will continue to do. I know that you are able and my faith keeps me strong and at peace;

Lord keep me strong to fight all the trials I have now in my life. Give me more strength to fight all these troubles. Make me always calm to be able to think for the right things to do. Guide me in all things I am doing. Thank you Lord for all the graces you have showered to me and my family. Keep us all in good health and keep us all away from accidents and diseases or any sicknesses that will arise.

Thank you lord for keeping me strong...and from folding...for answering my prayers in those little amazing ways you do. Please help me to continue onwards with strength and happiness... continue to show me that I am important and that I can do this...that I can also be a good example to others. Please watch over me and my family...guide us through these troubling times...give us the tools to endure...in Jesus name.

We praise God, the maker of heaven and earth, Who pours out His love and grace on us from day to day and

Morning to morning. Through him he has given me power to speak to the mountain and say “Move.”

• Do you know how great my God is? He’s a mighty warrior, savior, healer, seated in the heavens, all things under His feet.

There’s no one greater, full of power, He reigns forever, and He’s the King of all Kings.

If you believe you can say to the dead ones, “Arise!”  There’s no one greater, full of power, He reigns forever, and He’s the King of all Kings. And the kingdoms of the world are becoming the kingdoms of our God. And He shall reign forever. I know that today God showed His grace to us in an incredible way.

So what does Paul do? This mighty man of God prays—“Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.” 2 Corinthians 12:8  Paul’s first, second, and third response to this problem was to cry out to God—“take it away!”

God answers Paul—“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9  through teaching in the bible you told us that  “You’ve got to face this problem, and God’s faith—His power—is available to you.” “My power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9  today we are weak but God’s great power is available to help us deal “perfectly” with whatever test comes our way.

Therefore I pleading for God to take away this problem?

Does he get angry at God? Paul says, “Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:9b-10

I will do God’s will today in spite of this problem in my life.” Don’t let this problem rob you of the joy of completing what God wants you to do today

“If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.”

Let us remember King David Psalm 23—“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalm 23:4

God has never failed and will not fail.

You must change your way of thinking. Your weakness is where God’s grace and power flow to meet your need. When you are weak, you know you need God. God always comes to you at your point of need. Don’t let your weakness and failure get you down, because that is where God’s grace is released. Thus, Paul could boast in his weakness because that is where God will be glorified.

Dear Lord, thank You for what Jesus did for me on the cross. Because He died for me, I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins—past, present, and future. You have given me your righteousness and remember my sins no more. I am completely forgiven and greatly blessed and loved by you. I am confident of this, that the good work you began in me you will carry out to completion Philippians 1:6. Thank You for grace.

Lord, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

XMAS MASSAGE:- WHEN WE SEE LIFE FROM AN UNFAIR ANGLE

One scholar once wrote that “none of us have a "perfect" past. The fact is that we live in a sinful world. However, problems arise when we see life from an "UNFAIR" perspective. 

When we see ourselves as victims, we become caught in our circumstance whether it be a past or present experience. Our natural response to negative situations is anger”.

The truth is when we direct anger toward someone or something automatically we enslave ourselves because at the final point guilt will bring depression then life will be unfair.

The problem is that when we take the position that everything is unfair, what we are really saying is that God is unfair.

We need to remember that no temptation is unique to an individual, and that God enables us to over come the temptation (I Corinthians 10:13). We should understand that whatever the temptation, God's grace is available for us to walk through the temptation.

When we focus on sin, then that is what we do. We sin. When we focus on righteousness, then we do right. We are to be led of the Spirit and we will not sin. (Galatians 5:16). We can not obey God and the devil at the same time.

We need to give thanks unto God for everything (even our past or present situation) I Thessalonians 5:18.

We give thanks for what God has done or will do (Philippians 4:6). We are to praise God for His nature and character. David made a practice of praising God seven times a day (Psalm 119:164). The more we praise God, the easier it becomes. The more we learn about praising God, the more we see how righteous He really is.

Do you know Jesus suffered all the "unfairness" that we might receive life and healing. He was born of poor parents. He was rejected by the people he knew.

He was falsely accused and sentenced to be executed for crimes that he didn't commit. He suffered these things that we might become a new person and be healed (Isaiah 53:4, Luke 4:18-19).

Amen.

God is our guide

This God is our God forever and ever; He will be our guide [even] until death.

—Psalm 48:14

It thrills me to know that God is our guide through every day of our lives. How wonderful to know that we have Someone to guide us and ensure that we get from one destination in life to the next.

Sometimes when Dave and I travel, we hire a guide to show us the best and most important sites to see. One time, we decided we would explore a certain place by ourselves; that way, we reasoned, we could do what we wanted to do when we wanted to do it. However, we quickly found that our independent trip was nearlywasted. We spent large portions of each day getting lost and then trying to find our way again. We have learned from our mistakes and we now know the best use of our time is to follow a guide rather than wandering aimlessly to find places ourselves.

I believe this example from our travels relates to how most people are in life. We want to chart our own courses, be our own guides, and do what we want to do at our convenience. But we typically lose our way and end up wasting our time. God has promised in today’s verse to guide us through our lives. He does this through the Holy Spirit, Who will speak to us and tell us where to go and what to do if we will simply ask Him to lead us.

CHILDREN FAITH

But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 17 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” Luke 18: 15-17

"Jesus wants us to have children faith because they are submissive, meek, humble, patient, and full of love? Mosiah 3:19. We need to remember that our own intellect and understanding cannot help us – in fact, our own perception of the world can lead us away from God".

In Matthew 11:25, Jesus says, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.” The Bible praises those who have the faith and the understanding  of little children.

In other words, Jesus is not calling people to believe things without asking questions.  He is calling people to have a certain kind of attitude.  We would be more accurate if we said we needed to have ‘humility like a little child.’  The difference between the questions my son asks and the questions my high school seniors asked was attitude.  The questions themselves were, most of the time, equally difficult

I think what Jesus meant with this passage is that we have to be free from the judgments and assumptions that social conditioning creates around us apart from children.

let us be like children are more free from these conditions since they have had less experience with the things that enforce those conditions.

it is true that children are humble in the fact that they are completely open to more information to increase their understanding of all things:

Why Jesus was not satisfied with adult?

• We think we have all of the answers as to who we are and what God wants. 

• we are not open and we are bound and defined by our our mind;

• The problem with many grown-ups is that they know too much

What is the good thing about children philosophy?

• Dependence therefore their have in their minds that they can not face life by themselves Nehemiah 8:10 they  place their dependence on God

• There is the child’s trust, and they never doubt about their life; Hence it pays to be a little child. In fact, Jesus Himself said, "Suffer the little children to come unto Me, for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven." (Mk.10:14) 

•  Little children are loving, sweet, simple believers.

according to Jesus it is given to children to be rich in faith! Faith just comes natural to them. They are so fresh from Heavenly places that they have faith to believe anything God says, and with them nothing is impossible!

When someone has the faith of a child they know they need to be rescued. They know they can’t rescue themselves. Always children knew that God had to be the one to touch him.

THE MASSAGE FOR XMAS EVER

As we celebrate the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ; the main question today is what comes first in your life is God or Money or Both?

Jesus warned us that you cannot serve both you need to choose one;

"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money. But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Mat 6:24-25, 31-33)

 According to Jesus when he was talked about money he was referring to unjust gain, greed, or money made an end in itself;

Jesus is not encouraging us being lazy; we need to work and labor but for justice gain and not corrupt gain/money.   

As St. Paul said  those who do not work should not eat  (2 Thes 3:10).

we remeember what Jesus said "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." Mark 10:25 the question is why Jesus is bitter with rich people? the simple answer is that unjust gaining/wealth is not a reliable foundation for eternal security;

• Rich people make wealth their number one priority instead of God.

• They spend most of their time making wealth, spending it, and increasing it.

• In a very real sense, money becomes their idol.

• And when you stand for your richness as your Idol it is against the Commandments of God. He told us so in his First Commandment: "You shall have no other gods before me." (Exodus 20:3)

The truth is that despite all their money, many rich people feel empty and without meaning. It is material things. When you are rich and if you are not careful you are seeking first the things of this world  and trying to fit God into the scheme where last.

 But when we allow God in our richness  we are seeking first God, and allowing God Himself to add to us all that we need, and even what we want? As Jesus told us seek first the kingdom of God, then all these things that unbelievers seek will be added to you. They will come with the package of God’s will for your life."

"The material things of this world are not safe for you unless they are received, and lived in, under God’s kingdom over you." In short, the only way we can be trusted with possessions is if they won’t possess us. And the only way they won’t possess us is if God possesses us. Thus, give yourself to God. Then He can give much to you. It will be safe for Him to do so.

If you seek first God and serve Him, then because God rules everything, God’s rule over everything will be made manifest in your life. Everything will not only be used in your life to serve God, but all that you need will be provided. And when God is your provider it is here when we follow the bible instruction that; "Give without any expectation of getting. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness. 

And if you do, you will get everything which comes with that kingdom and righteousness  in the way of material blessings."

• In short, if you want God’s provision, indeed, God’s blessing and abundance, there is only one way that Jesus says we can attain it: By seeking first God Himself;
